THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for such a wonderful party. To be very honest I was very sceptical and really went to the venue on Sunday with a hope and a prayer. I don't know of anyone that has been there for a party or even just for a day visit so I was extremely worried and after my daughters party at Cresta on Saturday the 1st May, I was really nervous. I must say that I have NEVER been so happy with the service or the venue - EVER! Thank you for taking such good care of all of us, every single parent has come back to me raving about how wonderful the party was and are planning to bring their kids to your venue more often!!! Thank you once again for making my little boy's day even more special than it already is. I can't thank you enough for a wonderful, wonderful day. Brandon, thank you for answering all of our questions, the presentation was great and Kevyn is still quoting things you were teaching them. I have already chatted to a few of my friends and have recommended your venue as the perfect party place so hope that you will be getting a little more business. Thank you again and hope you have a great week!

Ons wil graag net dankie se vir alles wat julle gedoen het Saterdag om Joel se verjaarsdag by Croc City lekker te maak – despite the rain.  Ja, die reen was nie lekker nie, but it added another dimension en die kinders het groot prêt gehad.  Not sure from which culture it comes but there’s a saying that if it rains on your child’s birthday he will be blessed.  Julle het die situasie so mooi hanteer, angels just working in the background, making things work without it being obvious!

Brendon se kennis is ongelooflik! Hy het dit baie lekker en opwindend vir die kinders gemaak. Betty en Nancy het net hulle ding gedoen sonder dat ons daarvan geweet het.  Marietjie en Anton, julle rustigheid was nodig, baie dankie. Marietjie baie dankie vir die ‘behind-the-scenes’werk.  Ek het kersies saam gebring...en dit was nie eers nodig nie...want jy het seker gemaak dat daar kerse op Joel se koek was sonder dat ek daaroor moes stress!

Ons sal absolutely, Croc City aanbeveel as ‘n ‘party-venue’....julle is beautiful people en die facilities en die management van Croc City is to be commended!  Ons bid julle besigheid will move from strength to strength.

Thank you so much for your hospitality today with Jamie’s party. It was a great success, everybody had a great time especially the adults and it was all due to you and your staff. The food, sweets, and animals everything was perfect. We will definitely come again or be it for a more subdued lunch.

Where do I start? You were amazing!
The hard work and quality service provided was outstanding! Your crew was efficient, well-organized and completely professional. They made everything go so smoothly, from set-up, clean-up tour guide, and they did it all in a relaxed, happy manner. All of them are awesome representatives of your company! They are some of the most competent, fun and reliable people I have had the pleasure of working with. Everyone was smiling and looking like they were enjoying what they do.

Every one of the staff we met were exceptionally helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, it makes a refreshing change in this day and age to receive such service. We couldn't ask for better service anywhere, keep up the good work!

Firstly I have to say a big THANK YOU to you and all the staff that made Kaelah's birthday such a huge success!  All the children as well as the parents had an awesome day at croc city.  I can honestly say that I was the happiest mom around, I had no stress with her party at all.  You just stepped in and took care of everything.  I have never ever received such awesome service ever!  Thank you so much and please thank all your staff for making Kaelah's birthday so special for her.
